At Rings Boxing we work programs. We are not looking for quitters, we are here to create a club culture of WINNERS!

We give the best experiences possible and achieve the best results you can.

Whilst training at with us you will become Physically fit.

Becoming physically fit will improve mental health, living a healthier and more positive life.

Our boxing Programs are fun, positive and full of energy, with motivated coaches.

Adult Morning, Lunchtime and Evening Programs.

Kids Programs. Development self confidence, Leaders, WINNERS.

Rings (Amateur) Boxing Club have Separate sessions during the week for  younger people aiming for the sky to box in competition under a England Boxing affiliation. 

Personal Training is another great way to begin your boxing journey. You don't need to be an expert to begin. Not everybody enjoys group.
