Get an opportunity to start our junior leadership pathway with weekly progression star charts to a 3 gradings a year progressive system that can lead to help here as a junior assistant, a class/group leader which will lead to a structured sports and leadership background! And when it comes to school education, we support you parents and the schools.

Is the class for mixed abilities?

Yes - our Cadets program is for all abilities between the ages of 5 - 9 years. Alongside boxing skills, this class provides community and fun for the children involved, building confidence and keeping them active.

When does this class take place?

Cadets program runs 5 times a week:

Beginners Monday and Wednesday 16:15 to 17:00.

More advanced Tuesday and Thursday 16:30 to 17:15

Advanced Fridays 16.15 to 17.00. More towards sparring

Do you offer Trail weeks?

We offer one week trails so you can see if boxing and our club is the right choice. You'll get to know the team and facilities and what's expected to make a champ!

Do I need to bring gloves?

Yes you need equipment such as gloves, hand wraps, a skipping rope and boxing boots.

We sell gloves and offer starter packs at the club.

Can they compete?

Once a Junior Cadet reaches 8 years old, they can begin diploma/skills  sparring. Initially no head contact to help build up movement and defensive skills.
