
Virtual Boxing Training
12 weeks in Lockdown now and it looks like McDonald's is more important than opening a gym.
I have set up the club timetable to aid people that cannot access regular times.
This timetable will start from Monday 15th June.
There is now morning training 7 days a week
If you want to get involved and give it a try email to register.
There is 9 classes a week in the timetable.
More can be added for a group that ask for a regular time slot.

Mondays 6.30am - 7.00am (H.I.T)
Tuesdays 9.00am - 9.30am (Strike Fitness)
7.00pm - 7.45pm (Boxing)
Wednesdays 6.30am - 7.00am (Mat Exercises)
Thursdays 9.00am - 9.30am (Box Fitness)
7.00pm - 7.45pm (Boxing)
Fridays 6.30am - 7.00am (Thai Boxing)
Saturdays 9.00am - 9.30am (Legs and Abs/Core)
Sundays 9.00am - 9.30am
