Daytime Ladies only from 2022
If you are a young mum just getting back to fitness or coming back from an injury.
Then Really Excited about this.....
On 11th January 2022, we start the ladies only program with a 6 week boxing/ self defence/ Fitness course.
We will offer sessions a week to this program.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings or evenings.
At the end of the 6 weeks members will get a certificate of attendance or achievement from a grading at the end of the course.
